Those are
marketing buzzwords to some. To us, they’re maxims. We set a high standard
for manufacturing excellence way back in 1935, and we’ve stuck to it
everyday since.
It’s easy to promise reliability - what counts is its delivery. Go ahead. Challenge us. Clients like the U.S. Department of Defense, NASA, Caterpillar, DCSC, and Raytheon do. They bring on their toughest jobs with their heaviest demands and most stringent technology requirements because they know we’ll deliver every time.
We’re also innovators. Improving product technologies. Streamlining manufacturing efficiencies. Building the best, most rugged trailers in the business isn’t enough: we roll up our sleeves, get out the tools, and see if we can make that tough-working trailer work even harder and last even longer. You want an example? Take the Mobil-trac System (MTS), teaming with Caterpillar, product managers came up with a novel idea for suspension systems in tactical trailers. Guess what? Our fresh approach to design and development lead to previously unimagined suspension performance on the sandy terrain of Middle East countries. If it brings one more soldier home, it’s worth the extra effort. It’s all part of our commitment to offer niche markets, worldwide, the logistics necessary to procure specialty products of the highest quality.
What’s the toughest part on any of our trailers? Quality. We take quality seriously. Really, really seriously. You shouldn’t have to. It’s starts with company ownership and the ethics expected of our people from the top down. All our products are manufactured in accordance with our diverse product quality system. It’s all about the environment we create, such as core values, self-directed work areas, continual process improvement, and training, training, training. It all adds up to a reject rate read in parts per million (ppm).
First, we have one of the best-computerized manufacturing technology systems in the industry, “Made-2-Manage.” Our shops are solid on core manufacturing technologies like metal-fabrication, welding, painting, assembly, testing and shipping. Knowing your stuff when it comes to core competencies means repeatable manufacturing technology when creating products in line with customer specifications. We invite you to visit our corporate headquarters, and tour our 78,000 square feet of manufacturing facilities, prep and paint facilities, and most importantly, an experienced workforce averaging more than 18 years of service with us. Our cornerstone of delivering a better line of time-tested trailers and equipment is still at the core of everything we do. It’s a pretty simple formula, but it’s been working since 1935.
We hope to become one of your most valuable business partners.
We look forward to an even greater future.
